To achieve our listed price, your handset must be not locked to a network.

If your handset is locked to a network, we may contact you to offer you a revised price.

Payments

Every effort is made to ensure payments are made by the selected method correctly and as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event of you receiving an over or under payment, you must contact us as quickly as possible to allow this matter to be rectified. In the event of an overpayment, all additional monies must be returned to Dough-Dough within 30 days.

During exceptionally busy periods, payments by cheque may take an additional day or two to be processed.

Ownership

By sending in a phone for recycling, you acknowledge that you are either the rightful owner, or have obtained permission from the rightful owner before sending it to us.

We will carry out a CheckMEND check, and if your phone has a red flag on their database, we will be unable to either issue payment, or return it, until such time as the red flag is removed, or 28 days have elapsed, at which point we will dispose of it.

This is in accordance with the Home Office Code of Practice available from Stop Recycled Stolen Phones

Who Can Use Dough-Dough

We are currently only able to accept UK specification handsets which work on UK networks from UK residents. Please check back for our exciting launch plans for other countries! We are currently unable to pay for, or return, phones sent to us from outside the UK.

Any handsets SIM locked to networks outside the UK, or found to have non-original major components (such as 3rd party housings) can only be paid for at our faulty price.

If you are under 18, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to send your phones to us.

Dough-Dough is designed to be used by consumers only. If you are a business wishing to sell mobiles phones as a business trading activity, please use the contact us form to allow our trade team to get in touch with you.

Order Validity

We guarantee your price for 14 days from the date we post you an envelope. Items received after this period may be re-quoted at the price at the time of receipt.
